Why does the Church not have authority and power in these modern days?

It is because they do not accept the word of God as it is. We should acknowledge the absolute authority of the King to let God work in us, and be spiritual victors who see the outcome of faith everyday. Accept Jesus as your eternal King !

Faith that Acknowledges God to the Utmost



There are a few reasons why congregations are unable to commit themselves to their faith lives, but the fundamental reason is that they do not take the Word of God as the absolute authority. They do not take the Word of God as a command that they must obey, so they are swayed by their own emotions and surroundings, which puts limitations on their faith lives.

The word of God consists of two types of commands: ‘must do’and ‘must not do’. God gave people free will, so we can accept His commands or reject His commands. We can believe in the word of God that is the Gospel, and receive eternal life, or we can reject Him and be condemned to hell. It depends on our choice. Also, each person has a dif ferent level of how much of God’s word they accept. Even though we are Christians, the level of our faith varies. It is important to understand and accept the word of God as an absolute truth because it is directly related to how you treat and accommodate God in your life.

When Jesus came to the world, the Israelites did not realize that He came as the King of the Jews. They refused to acknowledge Him as their King, therefore, they accused Him of blasphemy and condemned Him to die nailed to the cross. Likewise, if you become self-indulgent in your life, despising and ignoring the Word of God thinking that it does not f it modern life, you are like the foolish Jews who nailed Jesus on the cross. In contrast, those who are aware and accept the word of God and the touching and inspiration of the Holy Spirit as the absolute command of God never become self-indulgent. Even though they feel uncomfortable or even if their lives are threatened, they will feel true freedom when they obey the word of God as the absolute command of the King. They will lay themselves down before God so that they may be ruled by Him completely.

God is seeking those who listen to His Word as the voice of an absolute King. He will pour out His power on them and use them as they acknowledge Him as the King with absolute power. Since “Acknowledge the Authority of the King” was published in 2005, many pastors and church members have received the blessing of God. Even now, I often preach based on this book because it includes very important points necessary for Christians. Therefore, I would like to recommend this book to more people with the heart of a preacher, that many people receive the blessing of God, so we decided to publish a revised edition. This book is not for acquiring theory or knowledge but I pray that everyone who reads this book will preciously obey the word of God, acknowledging God as the King of kings according to the title, “Acknowledge the Authority of the King”.
